If you want to place an order, please contact us directly via email at info@tourbywatches.com - Because we hold no finished watches in stock and make the watches only after consultation with the customer, a direct sale without the prior arrangement is not possible. Feel free to call us at +4917683118382. Telephone inquiries are unfortunately limited to weekdays between 11:00 - 16:00 o´clock. However, emails are answered throughout the day and even on weekends. You will be surprised how quickly  our service team will answer all email inquiries.

Our prices are firm and excluded VAT but included shipping. Customers within the EU need to pay the VAT directly to us and customers outside of EU will pay the VAT to their own customs once the parcel arrives in their country.

We send the watches via FedEx or DHL to your door. The shipping is full insured. FedEx will handle the customs issues for you and you will pay later to Fedex. Duties/taxes will vary from country to country. US customers will pay very low duties/taxes (approx. 2.5 %), Canadian customers 15%. Some countries like Hong Kong will not charge any duties/taxes. We accept payments via bank wire, WESTERN UNION or PayPal. Payments via bank wire can be sent in USD, CAD, CHF or GBP. Payments via PayPal need to be sent in EURO. If a payment incurs fees, these must be borne by the buyer and add to the selling prices.

International customers are welcome. We are from Germany but our customers are worldwide. We sell approx. 60% of our timepieces outside of Europe. Mostly to the USA,  Canada, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Russia, South Africa and many more countries.
