Watches for service or repair should be sent  to our offices in Germany. Our master watchmakers will be happy to provide you with any repairs that your watch may need. We simply ask that you send it to us insured and carefully packaged, along with a brief description of your repair/service request, to our office in Hagen/GERMANY. We will send you a repair form via email. If your watch is still under warranty, we will perform all repairs free of charge. All watches being returned for repairs and service must be sent postage paid and fully insured. TOURBY WATCHES cannot be responsible for damage or loss during transit. Please make sure to fill out and include the "Certificate of Registration" with your local the Customs Service and get it signed and stamped by your local customs office to avoid paying customs duties for the watch upon re-entry into your country. Please declare the shipment on the customs form as "Wristwatches, used, being returned to the manufacturer for warranty service/repair" and include the "repair form" which you will get from us via email (please contact us via email to info@tourbywatches.com).


If you are unable to send us your watch for any reason, any reputable local watchmaker should be able to accommodate your repairs/service needs. TOURBY WATCHES uses well-known movements with which any knowledgeable watchmaker should be familiar.
