Wristwatch enthusiasts looking for a handy chronometer should look at Tourby´s Small Aviator model with a case diameter of just 38.5mm. The white hands and dial numbers make a great contrast on the black face. In addition, the second hand, which is very important for pilots, is particulary long and has the notable design. The double anti-reflective coating of the sapphire glass provides a clear view of the exquisite face, which is coated with SuperLuminova C1. The anti-reflective coating has undergone a subsequent anti-layer process to provide better protection against scratches. A German watchcase manufacturer supplies the casem which is produced in a complex process to meet all the requirements to pilot watches. The san-blasted and hardened surface of the watch is particularly resistant to scratches at all temperatures. In addition, the watchcase is based on a special soft-iron design, making the watch insusceptible to magnetic fields of up to 80,000 A/m. (This considerably exceeds the DIN standard for wristwatches, which is specidies 4,000 A/m.
