If you are unable to send us your watch for any reason, any reputable local watchmaker should be able to accommodate your repairs/service needs. TOURBY WATCHES uses well-known movements with which any knowledgeable watchmaker should be familiar.

The watches sold by TOURBY WATCHES are warranted to the original owner to be free of defects in material and workmanship by the manufacturer TOURBY WATCHES for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase by the original owner. This warranty excludes damage or wear of the case including bezel and  / or inlay, crystals, springbars, strap, bracelet, crown and box. The warranty applies to normal use only and does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence nor does it attend to products which have been opened, repaired or altered other than by TOURBY WATCHES authorised service. No warranty is made or implied for timekeeping and accuracy of mechanical watches. This warranty also requires you to have watchmaker regularly check and confirm the water resistance of the watch prior to exposing it to water (e.g. swimming, diving etc.). The owner must also make sure that the crown, bezel and case-back are properly secured and screwed down. Normal wear and tear is not covered by warranty.

Service Offers

We don´t charge our customers high service costs. Please contact us for an offer. All customers need to send us the watches to our main office in Hagen/Germany. Customers in the USA, Canada and Australia will send the watches to our service centres.  We don´t work on other watches as TOURBY. All watches need a official TOURBY certificate and a proof of authenticity.

We offer:

- refinishing of the watch case and buckle
- adjustment in 5 positions
- Water Resistant Test up to 30m, 50m, 100m, 200m, 300m
- gold or rhodium plating

Replacements of watch parts are FREE OF CHARGE. You will pay the costs for the parts only.
