The case back
We deliberately forego a glass back on the back and instead equip our pilot's watch with a robust steel back. On the one hand, this corresponds to the originals from 1940,
and on the other hand, it allows us to construct the watch as robustly as possible. The watch can only achieve a pressure resistance of 20 BAR (200 m WD) without a visible back. This also means that
the watch is better protected against external magnetic influences. The easy-grip diamond crown is of course screwed in place. We are also breaking new ground in design. The engraved base with the
hemisphere is rounded off by its own locking mechanism. The lugs have drilled holes, similar to watches of the time.
