Our price calculations for international customers have incl. free shipping but without VAT or duties/taxes.

Customers within the EU need to pay the VAT directly to us. Due to the new regulations in the EU, every customer now has to pay us the taxes of their respective country and we have to pay these taxes to the tax office of the respective country. This means that, for example, a French person has to pay +20% VAT, a Swede has to pay +25% VAT and a German has to pay +19% VAT.

Customers outside of EU will pay the VAT to their own customs once the parcel arrives in their country. They do not need to pay VAT to us. Taxes and other fees vary in each country and  will be collected once the package arrived in your country. Some countries permit duty free importation of goods.
