In 2005, Erdal Yildiz, founder of the Tourby brand, designed a pilot's watch with a small seconds field at six o'clock. This design was ridiculed by many manufacturers because until then, pilot's watches had only been built with center seconds. Since nobody wanted to accept this design, Yildiz decided to bring the watch onto the market under his own brand. Thus the first Tourby watch was born in 2007. This design immediately made the brand famous. Today, pilot's watches with a small seconds field at six o'clock are an integral part of the watch industry. Even the big brands are now building watches like this.
For these models we use a hand-wound movement from Switzerland as the basis for the movement, which is then elaborately decorated and modified by us in Germany.
We offer pilot's watches with bright or artificially aged lume in sizes 40 mm, 43 mm and 45 mm.
