Probably the most robust pilot´s watch on the market

The front

The new flagship of our pilot's watch line embodies everything that has distinguished us over the last twenty years. In the field of pilot watches, Tourby is one of the leading manufacturers in the world. No other brand has had such an impact on the pilot watch market in recent years.

The design is strictly based on the originals from World War II, but the technology is state-of-the-art. The watch looks like an old, historical pilot's watch, but has the latest know-how.

The case back

We deliberately forego a glass back on the back and instead equip our pilot's watch with a robust steel back. On the one hand, this corresponds to the originals from 1940, and on the other hand, it allows us to construct the watch as robustly as possible. The watch can only achieve a pressure resistance of 20 BAR (200 m WD) without a visible back. This also means that the watch is better protected against external magnetic influences. The easy-grip diamond crown is of course screwed in place. We are also breaking new ground in design. The engraved base with the hemisphere is rounded off by its own locking mechanism. The lugs have drilled holes, similar to watches of the time.

The perfect Pilot´s watch

Of course we are not the only ones who build a pilot's watch. But what makes our pilot's watch so perfect? It is certainly the extremely robust construction, but also the simple design that, taking into account small details, stands out from the crowd.

Live pictures

Even if it looks less professional on a official website, you can only see the quality of the watches from live-pictures. All watches look great on official product images. Even the cheap ones. But in order to get an accurate feeling of the watches, you have to hold them in your hand. These often have a completely different effect. However, since our customers mostly order online and cannot view the watches beforehand, our pictures must be as authentic as possible.

with extra straight crown

The Crown

Diamond shaped crown

The diamond crown is the hallmark of every pilot's watch and served a very specific purpose. Its large, easy-to-grip crown allowed it to be operated even while wearing leather gloves.

Straight crown

We offer the straight crown as an alternative for those who are bothered by the large diamond crown.

The Movement

Swiss Made La-Joux-Perret G-101

The LJP G-101 is a very modern Swiss watch movement. Originally built as an alternative to the ETA 2824-2, it is currently conquering the watch market. It is not a simple ETA copy, but a completely independent movement with the advantage of a 68-hour power reserve. This gives it almost twice the power reserve of the ETA movement.

Upon request, we can also install a genuine ETA 2824-2 movement, which, however has a shorter power reserve of 36 hours.
