Our prices are firm and excluded VAT but included FedEx shipping. We send the watches via FedEx or DHL to your door. The shipping is full insured.
Customers within the EU have to pay their taxes directly to us and we pay them to the respective tax office of the recipient country. The amount of the taxes depends on the regulations of the country. Customers from Italy, for example, pay +22% and customers from Luxembourg only +16%. This are the new laws within the European Union.
Non-EU customers don't need to pay any tax to us, they will pay their own tax once the package arrives at the destination country. FedEx will handle the customs issues for you and you will pay later to Fedex. Duties/taxes will vary from country to country. US customers will pay approx. + 2.5% duties only, Canadian customers + 15%. Some countries like Hong Kong will not charge any duties/taxes. For more informations contact you loacl customs office.
International customers are welcome. We are from Germany but our customers are worldwide. We sell approx. 60% of our timepieces outside of Europe. Mostly to the USA, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Russia, South Africa and many more countries.
