From 1940 onwards, the Marine design was also used in wristwatches, albeit with a significantly smaller diameter, and from 1950 onwards, with more modern automatic movements. From 1930 onwards, the ornate pear-shaped hands were replaced by the understated leaf-shaped hands. This resulted in a completely new design that blended elements from Marine and Art Deco models. We offer the Marine Automatic models only in the 37 mm size.
