The Bomber is modeled after an old pocket watch from World War I that was worn by officers in the trenches.
Back then, officers didn't need a second to count; what was important was being able to read the time quickly and easily. The oversized hands were also helpful in this regard.
These people used to have to endure days and weeks in the trenches.
The sapphire crystal case back provides a clear view of the movement. This is a COSC-certified chronometer, the most precise type of watch movement. The chronometer number
is also engraved on the movement.
The Bomber is one of the most unique pilot watches on the market and is based on an old pocket watch from the First World War.
